To qualify as a Recognized School, your program must meet the standards outlined below. These requirements help ensure that your training program aligns with the standards recognized by the Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL).

Simply complete your registration and submit the required information for review. Once your eligibility has been verified, your school will:

Be listed in our official Recognized School Directory
Receive support and resources from our organization
Gain opportunities to collaborate with peers and industry leaders
Participate in discussions that help shape the future and advancement of our profession

Affiliation & Certification: My school and its graduates will be affiliated with an organization recognized by the Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL)

Defined Scope of Practice: My school has clearly outlined my Foot Zone curriculum’s scope of practice.

Anatomy & Physiology: My curriculum includes a comprehensive A&P course.

Instructional Hours: My school provides a minimum of 200 instructional hours, which includes in-person, video, and/or online formats.

Certification Exam: My school requires students to pass a standardized exam.

Code of Ethics: My school has adopted and enforces a student and graduate code of ethics.

Graduate Oversite: My school maintains oversight to ensure graduates follow legal and professional standards through active NFZA membership.
